About Me
My work is edgy, geographic, and travel-based — driven by a love for expansive perspectives and the atmospheres that define a place or a moment. I’m drawn to what’s raw, imperfect, and artful over what’s traditionally beautiful. For me, stretching perspective isn’t just a technique — it’s a way of making images that feel as layered and real as the world we move through.

Megan K Rader
I’ve been a professional photographer for over a decade, working across commercial realms — from editorial magazine spreads to gritty urban empire photography circles. That experience sharpened both my technical skill and my instinct. But what truly drives me is the craft itself.
I’ve committed my life to learning — and I never stop thinking about how to become better, how to see deeper, how to push further. While digital has remained a big piece of my work, I also shoot 35mm film.

Having spent time on both sides of the lens, I understand the mechanics of what translates well on camera. My experience being photographed informs how I direct posture, angles, and micro-adjustments in body language to create images that feel natural while remaining visually precise. This perspective allows me to guide subjects with the same intentionality used in editorial and magazine photography, ensuring every frame is both flattering and technically strong.
